Title, Abstract, Keyword and Running Head Information
The following information should appear on the accepted paper title page:
Title (bold, flush left, no acronyms).
Names of author(s) (bold, flush left).
Abstract (flush left). Do not exceed 100 words. Abstract should give a clear idea of the main conclusions, methods employed, and some indication of the line of reasoning. Do not include equations, diagrams, or footnotes in abstract.
Keywords (flush left). Italicize the word “Keywords.” Provide eight or fewer key words in alphabetical order. Consider standard terms used to describe your methodology, theoretical tools, or empirical results.
Running Head (flush left) Add a suggested running head to appear on single line atop published pages. The running head limit is 50 characters.
Leading unnumbered footnote (omit until manuscript has been accepted). This footnote identifies the authors. Do not use any identifying mark (number or symbol) for this footnote. Example:
